How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and prepared for shipment, you will be immediately emailed a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hrs for packages to be accurately updated in the postal carrier system.

 

How long does my order take to arrive?

For Hair & skincare

We process and ship all orders out in 3-8 business days. During sales, holiday season and other high volume order placements, expect an unusual delay in shipment.

For Pydana Thermal Cap ONLY

Heat cap ONLY orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days except during sale events, holiday seasons and other high volume order placements.

 

What is the processing and Shipping schedule?

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday from 10 am - 4 pm. There is no processing or shipping on weekends or holidays.

 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

For hair & skincare

We do not accept returns/exchanges on opened or used products. If there is a problem, promptly contact us within 1-3 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.

For Pydana Thermal Caps

Goods that have been worn or used are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Pydana Thermal caps. However, if you receive a cap that is damaged, please contact us within 1-3 days of receipt via email at sales@pydanacollection.com and we will discuss a resolution. Please note that Pydana Collection is not responsible for damages to heat caps that have been used or worn. Further, we are not responsible for possible injury to customer or damages to heat cap due to over heating.

Please be aware that in the event that a return/exchange is approved, the buyer is solely responsible for paying shipping costs and fees for any returned goods.

 

What is the best way to know if there is a change to a product?

We may change ingredients to improve and enhance our products for better product performance as new and improved ingredients are manufactured. In the event that an ingredient is changed, ingredient updates are promptly updated on our website although the label may still temporarily reflect the old ingredient. Always consult our website first for the most up to date product information. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide and have shipped internationally to happy customers in 6 of 7 continents.
